The greatest leader in human history, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, was himself an orphan.

He lost his father before birth, his mother at the age of six, and his grandfather at eight. His early life was marked by hardship and struggle—yet Allah elevated him to guide all of humanity.

Because he understood the pain of being an orphan, the Prophet ﷺ honored those who care for them. He said:

“I and the caretaker of an orphan will be in Paradise like this,”
and he held his two fingers together.
(Sahih al-Bukhari)
